About Us

Trio Group Principal, Beverley Davies, has over 25 years of experience in the Mortgage and Insurance Industry. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, Beverley will sit down with you and listen to you and then consider your circumstances, and recommend a home loan package, which best meets your specific needs and objectives.
Beverley regularly attends training seminars and workshops to keep abreast of what is happening in the industry to ensure she is well informed of the latest changes.

Beverley has helped over 800 families and individuals on their journey to home ownership.

Trio Group (NZ) Ltd has recently expanded and now has two qualified Advisors in their team, providing excellent service, guidance and advice for their clients.
Neil (Jingwei) Li has been with the company for 2.8 years and is fluent in Mandarin and English. He loves helping new and existing clients, whatever their situation entails. Nothing is too difficult or complex for Neil.
Our Clients are very happy with the quick turnaround times to have their home loan applications assessed and approved by the panel of Lenders.

I am a Licensed Financial Advisor (FSPR Number: 1005221) under Trio Group. I listen to my clients, and ensure that they are given the best advice for their individual needs. Based on a client's needs, I will go to the market and select the best options available. I always provide a high level of service and advice to my clients so that they are kept informed throughout the whole journey from the time of meeting me, discussing their objectives, the home loan pre-approval process, helping with property research and obtaining the Bank's approval, helping with purchase price and finally discussing loan structure. It's great to see happy customers and help them achieve their financial goals.

Establish the terms of our engagement.
Review your application,and learn about your requirements.
Meet and gather all the necessary facts of your situation – Identify your specific needs and objectives.
Analyse and learn about your circumstances to develop and advise strategies to better structure your finance.
Prepare a Statement of Advice.
Present our recommendations – Implement any agreed recommendations.
Monitor the implementation and review these strategies and actions on a regular basis.
We also provide assistance during claim times, and re-fixing services.
