Trio Group Principal, Beverley Davies, has over 25 years of experience in the Mortgage and Insurance Industry. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, Beverley will sit down with you and listen to you and then consider your circumstances, and recommend a home loan package, which best meets your specific needs and objectives.
Beverley regularly attends training seminars and workshops to keep abreast of what is happening in the industry to ensure she is well informed of the latest changes.

  • Meet and gather all the necessary facts of your situation – Identify your specific needs and objectives.
  • Analyse and learn about your circumstances to develop and advise strategies to better structure your finance.
  • Prepare a Statement of Advice.
  • Present our recommendations – Implement any agreed recommendations.
  • Monitor the implementation and review these strategies and actions on a regular basis.
  • We also provide assistance during claim times, and re-fixing services.
